
Garlic Parmesan Steak Marinade
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 head of garlic, minced
- juice from 1 lime
- parmesan cheese (for topping)
- 2″ x 2″ cubed beef of your choice (tri tip can get tough, experiment! Beef tenderloin)
Instructions
Prepare the Marindade:
- In a ziplock bag, combine vegetable oil, water, minced garlic, and lime juice.
- Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Marinate the Meat:
- Place the cubed meat in a ziplock bag.
- Pour the prepared marinade into the bag, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for about two hours, allowing the flavors to infuse. Don’t over do the time too much as it could leave a bitter taste.
Skewering:
- Skewer the marinated meat onto your Bacana Grill skewers.
Grilling:
- Cook the skewered meat on your Bacana Grill to your desired doneness.
Parmesan Finish:
- Once cooked, generously sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the grilled meat.
Serve and Enjoy:
- Transfer the grilled meat to a serving platter.
