Garlic Parmesan Steak Marinade

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 head of garlic, minced
  • juice from 1 lime
  • parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • 2″ x 2″ cubed beef of your choice (tri tip can get tough, experiment! Beef tenderloin)

Instructions

Prepare the Marindade:

  • In a ziplock bag, combine vegetable oil, water, minced garlic, and lime juice.
  • Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Marinate the Meat:

  • Place the cubed meat in a ziplock bag.
  • Pour the prepared marinade into the bag, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.
  • Seal the bag and refrigerate for about two hours, allowing the flavors to infuse. Don’t over do the time too much as it could leave a bitter taste.

Skewering:

  • Skewer the marinated meat onto your Bacana Grill skewers.

Grilling:

  • Cook the skewered meat on your Bacana Grill to your desired doneness.

Parmesan Finish:

  • Once cooked, generously sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the grilled meat.

Serve and Enjoy:

  • Transfer the grilled meat to a serving platter.
